In anticipation of the JUNO Awards coming to London in March, Heritage Fair 2019 will turn up the volume on London’s musical past.

Join the London Heritage Council and London Public Library for “Oldies but Goodies – London’s Music Heritage” – a one-day celebration of music in the Forest City.

This event will feature expert speakers focused on London’s vibrant music history, including: James Stewart Reaney (Forest City London Music Awards Board Member and 2019 JUNOS London Host Committee Member), covering “London's Music Scene Over the Years,” Mike Baker (Curator, Elgin County Museum), highlighting the “History of Sparton Records,” and band member Bill Exley’s firsthand experience with “The Rise of the Nihilist Spasm Band.” The fair will also include interactive activities, a screening of the 2012 film “My Father and the Man in Black,” and an informative Exploration Zone with over 25 local heritage, cultural and arts organizations represented.
