Family Ties: Ontario Turns 150

The Amherstburg Freedom Museum will host a temporary exhibit from the Archives of Ontario, which is a companion to the main exhibit, Family Ties: Ontario Turns 150. One of the four families featured is the McCurdy family, with photographs and information from the Alvin McCurdy collection – one of the best Canadian repositories of historical material about people of African descent, housed at the Archives of Ontario.
