Provincial plaque unveiling commemorating Moose Factory
Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 2 p.m.
The Ontario Heritage Trust, in partnership with the Moose River Heritage and Hospitality Association and the Moose Cree First Nation, will unveil a provincial plaque commemorating Moose Factory. The event will recognize the long history of what is today known as Moose Factory and the Moose Cree and their relations with European settlers beginning in the 17th century.
