Rose House Museum
... a small Loyalist home that has survived since 1790's having housed 7 generations of the Rose Family, Quakers who fled from the United States after the American Revolution. The house features many artifacts that would have been used throughout the history of the house, for example kitchen items, apple processing equipment, hops processing, musical instruments and everyday items of a pioneer family. Open Victoria Day to Labour Day Wednesday to Sunday, admission by donation and a guided tour will tell you about the house and its family.
