Downtown commercial and residential (West Woodfield HCD, City of London)

The West Woodfield HCD is an area within London’s downtown core with a well-established cultural and architectural history that is linked to many of London’s mid-18th century civic and industrial leaders. This example provides a mix of primarily established residential properties with public parkland and institutional uses within an area of about 500 properties. The district plan provides policy direction to conserve and guide change in an urban environment taking into consideration a variety of planning tools and factors.
